Mahrley’s Graduate Internship was at Great Lakes Christian College, where she worked with young adults to help move through issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and abuse backgrounds. Mahrley is trained in many different therapeutic techniques and ultimately allows the client to guide the needs of their treatment; her favorite techniques to pull from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Mahrley is also the Professor of Psychology/Counseling at Great Lakes Christian College. Mahrley is passionate about helping others prioritize their mental health and is very thankful to have the opportunity to work with individuals and communities to make this world a brighter place.
